We are very happy to announce the Dividend rate for the financial Year 2023 is 2.75% plus a special dividend of 1.25% .

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend payment of 2.75% plus a special dividend of 1.25% based on the total subscription balance as at 31 December 2023. For share capital, dividends would be paid out on a pro-rata basis from 1 January to 31 December 2023, provided the member was still a shareholder as at 31 December 2023.
The Board of Directors has recommended the special dividend of 1.25% to share the good financial performance of the Co-operative for FY2023 with members.

The dividend will be paid out on 9 July 2024.
