We want to hear your story! Submit a 1 to 2 minute video sharing how Police Co-op has impacted your life, and you could be one of the faces of Police Co-op.

How to Enter

2️⃣ Click on “Be the Face of Police Co-op”.
3️⃣ Enter all your details in the form.
4️⃣ Accept all the Terms & Conditions.
5️⃣ Submit your entry form.

Video Submission Format

• Save your file in MP4 format.
• File name must be: Member’s Full Name + Last 4 characters of IC number
  (e.g., Winston Churchill 521G)

1. Eligibility

• Open to all active Police Co-op members only.
• Must maintain active membership until the Gala Dinner in August 2026.

2. Video Requirements

• Must be original, 1–2 minutes long, MP4 format.
• Less than 1mintue video will not be considered.
• Video can feature your family members too along with the member.
• Clearly share a personal story of how Police Co-op impacted your life.
• All content must belong to you and you must have the right to share it.

3. Submission Deadline

• All entries must be received by [27/8/2025, 11:55pm].
• Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Selection Process

• Judging based on authenticity, emotional impact, and clarity of story.
• Shortlisted participants may be contacted for more details.

5. Winner’s Commitment

• Agree to a full interview (video + photo).
• Allow Police Co-op to use your story, video, and image for publicity.
• Appear in promotional materials as the face of Police Co-op.

6. Prize Details

• Free trip covers 1 member only; guest pays full cost.
• Travel dates are fixed; no cash alternative offered.

7. Rights & Usage

• By entering, you give Police Co-op full rights to use, edit, and distribute your submission for publicity purposes.

8. Disqualification

• Entries that are plagiarised, inappropriate, misleading, or not meeting requirements will be disqualified.
