The Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) is decommissioned. We are working on a new IVRS.

In the meantime, you may  call us at 63348055/63345670 from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday or
email us at for the following transactions:

(a)    Enquiry of your Account Balances;
(b)    Withdrawal of Subscription and Specific Deposit Savings;
(c)    Withdrawal of Fixed Deposit and Subscription-to-Savings Scheme;
(d)    Request for Change in Monthly Deduction;
(e)    Application of Loans*;
(f)     Payment of Loans;
(g)    Resignation of Membership; and
(h)    Change of Personal Data Details.

Members should download and complete the required form(s) from the Police Co-operative’s website at The forms are located at the bottom of the homepage as shown below.

All requests and enquiries via must attach with the relevant completed form(s). They will be attended to on the next working day.

*We encourage members to download and complete the Loan Assessment Form before heading down to our office. This is to facilitate processing of their loan applications. Please download and complete the Loan Assessment Form from the Police Co-operative’s website at:
