Dear Members,

The Singapore Police Co-operative Society Ltd. (“Society”) will be electing up to 8 individuals to the Board of Directors, as per by-law 7.1 of the Society’s by-laws, at the 96^th Annual General Meeting of the Society scheduled to be held on 23 June 2026.

All Ordinary Members of the Society are invited to nominate any Ordinary Member, including those who have previously served on the Board of Directors, as candidates for election to the Board of Directors of the Society. Each Ordinary Member can propose as well as second up to a maximum of eight candidates for election.

To nominate a candidate, please complete and return the nomination form . A separate copy should be submitted for each candidate nominated, and the completed nomination form must be signed by the proposer and seconder and acknowledged by the candidate. The completed nomination form may be submitted by the proposer, the seconder or the candidate.

Nominations may be made between 23 April to 07 May 2026, and the completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Secretary by email at Secretary@policecoop.org.sg or by submitting a physical copy of the completed nomination form(s) to our office at 250 Sims Ave #04-01 SPCS Building, Singapore 387513 by 5pm of 7 May 2026 (Thursday).
