1) Account Balances with your full name and NRIC number for verification;

2) Withdrawal Request (completed withdrawal form with signature); or

3) Request for Statement of Account.

Alternatively, you may contact us at 6334 8055 to speak to our Customer Service Officer during our operating hours to check on Account Balances.

We are open from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
