Membership, Savings & Loans
Formed in 1926, SPCS provides financial services and assistance to SPF personnel and its affiliates. SPCS serves the uniformed and civilian staff of law enforcement agencies by offering support and care to members in meaningful and pragmatic ways, especially in the area of financial assistance. It is an institution with strong and sound financial fundamental and investments that offer many benefits for its members.

- The main theme of the design seeks to symbolise the forward-looking nature of the Co-operative, its vision for the future and its emphasis on people.
- The colour blue reflects a sense of police identity. The Singapore Police Force is where the roots of the Cooperative lie.
- The bright orange colour of the letter C conveys the strong positive attitude and work ethos of the Co-operative.
- The letter C represents the Co-operative which embodies the values of self-help, democracy, equality, honesty, social responsibility and caring for others.
- The diamond-shaped human structure symbolises perpetuity and strength. The structure is linked strategically to the letter C, denoting the spirit of collaboration and our commitment to serve our members.
