The current Subscription-To-Savings Scheme (STSS) Series 17 & Series 18 will mature on 31 October 2025.

Members who have successfully completed the 2-year term under STSS Series 17 and 18 have been invited to participate in the rollover or replacement STSS Series 24 and Series 25 respectively. Refer to note below for full details of the two Series.

Period:  1 November 2025 to 31 October 2028

Tenure:  3 Years

Interest Rate:  2.00% per annum

In the event of an early withdrawal from the STSS by a member before the maturity of term, the following interest rates would apply to the principal sum deposited with the Society:

• STSS Series 24

(a)  Administrative Rules Governing STSS Series 24; and
(b)  Annex A to Administrative Rules Governing STSS Series 24.

• STSS Series 25

(a)  Administrative Rules Governing STSS Series 25; and
(b)  Annex A to Administrative Rules Governing STSS Series 25.

The deadline for invited members to reply:

a.  Via original reply slip (through postal mail) is by 5.30pm on 23 Sep 2025 (Tuesday); or

b.  Via online reply submission (through Member Portal using SingPass) is by 5.30pm on 30 Sep 2025 (Tuesday).

If the Society does not receive a reply from invited member by the deadline mentioned above, he/she will be deemed to be not interested in participating in STSS Series 24 and Series 25 and the principal amount shall be returned and credited into members’ bank accounts that are registered with the Society on 1 November 2025.
