Due to COVID-19 safe management measures, walk-in visits without prior appointment to the Co-operative’s office were temporarily suspended. We would like to thank you for your patience in booking an appointment prior to coming to the Co-operative’s office for business transactions over the last few months.

Based on our appointment records over the past months, the number of visitors to the Co-operative has been within the limit stipulated by COVID-19 safe management measures. We are glad to inform you that with effect from 5 April 2021, no prior appointment will be required for a visit to the Co-operative.

Saving the Hassle of Making a Physical Trip

Notwithstanding the resumption of walk-in visits without prior appointments, we strongly encourage you to utilise the following existing platforms for business transactions:

Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)

Call our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) at 63345670 for:

  1. Enquiry of your account balances;
  2. Withdrawal of Specific Deposit savings;
  3. Request for change in monthly deduction; and
  4. Request for change of IVRS PIN.

  2. Application of loans*;
  3. Change of personal data details;
  4. Request for new IVRS PIN (if you have forgotten your PIN);
  5. Payment of loans; and
  6. Resignation of membership.
